You are responsible for the content you enter and for ensuring that you have the right to publish it.

Some parts of the service require sign-in so drafts, billing state, and edit permissions can be tied to your account.

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and for activity that happens under your account.

Generating a public CV link currently costs $9.99 USD for the draft being published.

Payments are processed through third-party infrastructure, and publication depends on successful payment confirmation.

You may not use Briefd to publish unlawful, infringing, deceptive, or harmful material.

We may suspend access to content or accounts that create legal, operational, or safety risk for the service or other users.

You keep ownership of the content you write or upload.

By using the service, you give Briefd the limited rights needed to host, process, render, and display that content so drafts, PDFs, and public profile pages can function.

We may update, improve, or discontinue parts of the service over time.

We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability, permanent storage, or suitability for every application process.
